Put some acceleration limits in there and those ghost effects will disappear 
That’s a nice looking dice tower you got there.
Yep and tighten your belts.
In addition, make sure that your hot end is very secure to whatever is holding it. Ghost lines like this can be caused by the hot end being wobbly.
For the z ribbing I have like that, I am going to be putting some bearings on my spool. The friction of the spool on threaded rod can tug on the x carriage and cause some abnormalities.

ave re-aligned everything, tightened up the belts, lowered the print acceleration and printed a set of Z isolators (which already look better from the changes)
Now printing the infamous 20mm cube, we’ll see how she goes.
