My last print. It’s nylon (trimmer string). I use thick paper - very good adhesion for nylon! Best solution I think.

a) is it dimensionally consistent? I’d imagine they don’t much care if it’s not…not like the grass would care.
b)Is it cost effective? (Honestly, I haven’t looked at a spool of trimmer line to see how my KG in a economy sized spool.
c) the last line I purchased was ‘edged’ (extruded through a nozzle to give it cutting ridges)…I wonder if that would help or hurt printing? Give the wheel something to grip with vs. being too big to fit down the nozzle.

I’ve tried and it prints nice but I keep getting layer separation. What was your speed and layer height.
separation i got then try print with 240 nozzle temperature. Speed 60-80mm/s and layer heigh is 0.25mm
