You just stuck it on the bottom of your phone? Can this be done with any scanner lens?
@Nuker_Bot_NukerBot_3 I’ve gotten pretty good results with the lenses from DVD-RW drives too if you have an old one around. Can’t say for sure if the magnification is the same.

Yep, just stick it on the end of the phone camera. It can be a a bit hard to focus and you have to use an external light source. Actually taking photos can be a bit tricky as you have to disable the flash and hold the camera very still.
One enhancement would be to have something to hold the camera a set distance from the object at the right focal length.
I have an old Sony handcam that I’m thinking of pulling apart. It has a good lens with a great voom…
