Mike did you ever use the Prusa calculator I sent you a while back? It help me out with this issue.
I did. I have to admit I just find some calibration settings onLine and used them so I can’t complain to much.
I will just need to put in the time fine tuning it.
What temperature is every one using for pla? I ran these at 210
It depends on the filament, you need to dial it in, some need 185 and others 215.
Humm interesting the side finish matches the parts I got from you. Also at 210 I hear no crackling and can solve it threw by hand very easy.
Ill bump it down to 190 and run a cube tonight.
