My @Printrbot simple is now a working simple XL. I started with an early beta and had many up and down along the way. I accumulated example prints of almost every failure mode along the way.
@Brook_Drumm wondered if he needed replace the sandpaper drum tubing with D shaped on inside. In my case, I cut about an 1/8 inch slot into the tubing before putting the drum on. It allowed the zip tie to cinch the tubing down enough to stop the x axis from slipping. I recommend pulling the x motor to get strong grip on the zip tie.
This print was run with accelerations and speed set higher, than stock. The part is for a Filastruder pop bottle funnel.
