My printrbot Simple Metal is still cranking on. I might have also converted a friend to buy a Printrbot Simple Metal soon. There should really be a referral program :D.

My question is, why am I getting perfect vertical wall yet my sloped wall has this crazy over extrusion? What can I do about it?

For me wasn’t that bad. Fix was to print perimeters slower.

just return it, and buy a Ultimaker 2 :smiley:

You need a fan blowing at nozzle - maybe fan is blowing from one way?

Put your print item with sloped wall at direction of the fan in slicer and try again.
