My project today. Had a friend stop by with a broken part for a old lister engine. The spares are hard to find and are mostly very 2nd hand. I drew it up in about an hour and now printing it for him.

@Nathan_Walkner UUMMMM well no, PLA but if ti fits and works I’ll do it in HIPS. Apparently it doesn’t get hot on there at all.

Oh dear… clearly his idea of not hot at all and mine are somewhat different.

There’s always PEEK for the brave with suitably equipped hotends.

If this one fits and works I can print the negative or make a silicone mold of this one and create an epoxy one. alternatively measure the temperature when the motor is running and if its not to bad maybe abs or hips. ( i hope his idea or an engine degreaser isn’t limonene :-p )
