My projects just started coming off of base when printing? What could be the issue?

More information would be great, PLA or ABS, heat bed? Glue?

Use hairspray to cover the bed.

Ya, lots of things could cause it. Cold bed, bad adhesion, warping, drafts. For my delta, if I have bad adhesion problems I either have too much glue down or the z height is too high.
