I will definitely let everyone know if it works well enough. Worse case scenario is that I add a small water reservoir to gain the efficiency I need.
Update, it works great, keeps the cooling water at ambient air temp without having to struggle. I will add some active peletier cooling to it soon and see how far below ambient room temp I can get.
