My the high school robotics team I help mentor has a Mark Forged Mark One and it’s a pain to print nylon onto a cool bed so we’re making a custom heated bed but we need a way to control it, any suggestions?
Interesting, I’ve had zero issues with bed adhesion on the Mark 2 review unit so far. They supply a stick of Elmer’s washable school glue, are you using that before each print?
Yeah, I’ve found that Aquanet brand extra strength hairspray works better and is easier to clean up but small parts still peel off the bed.
@Aric_Norine I’m looking to just put a PCB on top of one of our spare beds and mill the base down the thickness of the PCB then cover the PCB with PEI. It looks like we can use their temperature controller though.
