my Truggy with new rims and tires
tieres printed in Innoflex on my Rep2x (Extr. 195°C/ Plate 65°C)
rims in ABS with, 4 shells, 50% infill
Innoflex is “rubberlike” but i think much less flexible than ninjaflex (didnt try ninjaflex myself, yet).

Wow, looks great. We’ll done!

thnx to your project! right back at you

im very happy with the tires. although i think Innoflex is much harder than ninjaflex (at least what i can see from videos about ninjaflex)
The upside of Innoflex is you can print it without Extruder update on the Replicator2x. I did some further testing and now im printing with 205°C and no heating of the builtplate (and leaving the case open). works fine too but i always place a disk underneath any model with the thickness of one layer and about 1-2cm bigger than the model to prevent warping. works like a charm. Dont bother trying the raft, it will just come of the builtplate midprint.
Was driving around with those tires quite a bit the last days and i must say they are still in good shape, pritty sturdy

Truck looks great. The shiny tires out of Ninjaflex looks very cool. What motor and speed control are you using?

thnx, i actually uses InnoFlex for the tires, its a little less pain to get it to print propperly but a bit harder than Ninjaflex.
an im using this motor/esc: Turnigy TrackStar Waterproof 1/10 Brushless Power System 4000KV/80A http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__25138__Turnigy_TrackStar_Waterproof_1_10_Brushless_Power_System_4000KV_80A.html

Thank you for that motor and speed control info. I didn’t notice that about Innoflex. I have a 3d systems Cube3 printer so i don’t have much control over temperature. Innoflex may be a better option for me for making my own tires.

jupp, might be, for me it works quite well

a bit late to the party but just wanted to leave a note on possible flex filaments. Something that is also not as flexible as Ninjaflex but might still be good for tires is FPE (Flexible PolyEster) in Shore 45D. In Germany it is sold by Plastic2Print (http://www.plastic2print.com/de/1-75mm-flexible-3d-printing-filament-black-0-5kg.html)
