Any tips for working with those displays?

@Mark_Kriegsman grid and segment voltage does not need to be precise… I am generating the 25 to 40 volts using a an open loop boost converter driven from the avr. The filament voltage also does need to be precise between 1 and 1.5 volts. The display is multiplexed using level shifters driven from transistors cheap solution but 24 transistor to solder a pain. Also to multiplex it is required to included pull down realtors on the segment and grids else u will see ghosting.

Also the video was recorded with a potato transistor camera sorry.
