Nearly 50 Hours of printing and Halloween was a great success this year. Here’s my son’s 3D printed Sharkboy Costume I designed. I posted it over at http://thingiverse.com http://bit.ly/I9LPn5

Printed with 3 extruder?

I have a dual extruder - 3D Touch (Bits from Bytes/3D Systems).

It was printed in black and painted, by the way.

Nice work.

How many hours total?kids happiness is worth the work of course.I’m just curious.

I used an entire spool of filament, and would guess (conservatively) between 40 and 50 hours total/5 days in a row.

Very nice.

Dedication.

Thanks… Total cost was around $60 (Spool and Paint) we’ll exclude electricity and my time. “Dad, can we print that?” has become a common theme around here. It was worth the effort.
