My WeldingBot Rod lives.
This is my very first print, and it’s ugly 
My first guess is over extrusion.
What’s your thoughts?
Your model is not watertight or has a reversed surface somewhere
Yes, that’s one of the problems.
Nice design.
Looks to me like travel speed or heat is too high for the retraction rate= stringing.
The build area temp isn’t constant= warping.
either under extrusion, or filament inconsistency= gaps and missing sections of layer.
Personally if it were mine I would use it… but if it were a common problem then investigate.
Also try tuning retraction settings.
