Never had a problem with uploading to arduino. Any idea what this message is? How would it be resolved?
here are some things you can try
What version of the Arduino programmer are you using? Is it current?
Did you have the right com port and board selected? Were you connected to another program like Prontaface or Printrun? That is when I get the timeout errors.
Aside from Com port selection having the wrong Baud rate can sometimes trigger this. Did your Windows get updated recently?

Found a video. The person suggested hitting the reset button at a certain point during load before the message. IT WORKED!!! Had to try a few times.
