No job too tricky… well, almost… I learnt hat a 6mm endmill can’t make a 6.2mm hole. But aside from that, check out this hunk.
For those interested. Outer cut and large center hole, 6mm endmill, 9000rpm, 500mm/min feed rate, multiple passes 0.6mm. Hole cut (recesses and 4 center holes) 6mm endmill, 300mm/min feed rate, multiple passes 0.6mm. The holes that failed were same as others, but didn’t have enough room for waste clearing, and just jammed up. I ended up drilling those manually after the rest was done.

You can always spiral it in to get the hole diameter you want!

I think he used a spiral move to mill the holes. But 2/10th is not a Lot for chips to clear.
