Not properly set up yet as you can see only 1 fsr hooked up but did a quick tap on the hot end and it did not trigger… But A light tap over at the fsr triggered nicely hmmm this starting to seem that it doesn’t work…

Mmm. What about have the FSR mounted on the other side of the rail and then just have the carriage drag it along to keep it aligned?

I’ve been purposefully avoid the use of spring so far… I know I can make it work with spring but I’m thinking if I can eliminate spring it would be better.

I think I’m going to flip the fsr to the bottom of the arm so as the hotend push up the end of arm should push down and press the fsr.

What about some sort of cam or lever that you could unlock for probing, and then lock for printing. This would allow you to put the FSRs co-linear with Z axis.

Just a thought
