@Miguel_MK so I printed this in five sections and epoxy them together. So the seams were big. Especially on the face. So there are a couple of options like bondo, used on cars. But this is messy and hard to clean up. I went with wood glue, it fills the seams nicely, sands well and when painted matches the helmet.
