the left version as previously tested did not provide nozzle force transfer to FSR light enough. hopefully this one on the right will perform better. any feedback welcome. can’t print all these new parts until next week though…
Looks interesting. Hope it works but to save the hotend do a finger test first by pushing on the (cold) hotend nozzle. If you can’t trigger it by hand it probably will be too much pressure on the bed.
How about some kind of tension adjustment?
I take it you have a wipe on the nozzle before you go and do any measurement?

Since each color is mounted independently from other color, for tension adjustment I’m thinking I could make the yellow part adjustable in Z direction by making the M5 screw hole larger in Z direction. But let’s test first 
@Lykle_Schepers ​ definitly need clean nozzle before calibrating. Haven’t really thought about automating that part… So probably just manually make sure the nozzle is clean before each print…
