I do not have enough hands on experience yet as to what is good and bad about extrudes, but i do like this one.

I have adapted the design for 3mm filament and it works well for me.

The eckstruder looks very close to the one i have linked in this post.

I use the @Richard_Horne extruder as well. So far it’s been good to me.
