I’m with the other commenters on the Kickstarter site, you don’t just “cancel your own Kickstarter” with a couple of weeks left to run, unless you’ve got something much more serious going on. Since we can only speculate, I’ll guess that they realized that they were not going to be able to actually build these things at the cost they thought and rather than succeed and putting themselves in debt to ship the rewards, they decided to cancel early.
Another one bites the dust. Sad. I was loving that new method of filling the vat. Floating the resin is precarious though and we found it to be a deal breaker… It is finicky. Filling the vat like that is viable though but more expensive that dumping it in by hand… The benefit is no break is needed… No small point there.
