I might be able to host a dokuwiki if you’d like. Would still need contributors and a coordinator to whom I would give elevated privileges.

Github is free, right? That seems like a good place.

@SirGeekALot good point. GitHub has a wiki section.

+1 for github as it can host code (computer, machine), designs (text based formats FTW), documentation, and wiki, all versioned and with many services to “plug” on repositories like chat or whatever.
