Ok guys. So I got the machine yesterday and started setup.

@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty Not sure you can really count yesterday as a day since it’s weekend. They may not work weekends. However, it might be worth starting a paypal complaint so that they sort it out for you quicker.

How they keep their ratings up: intimidation. If you give a low rating they will get right on to getting things settled but will badger to no end to get you to give them 5 stars. They will threaten and coerce to no end and believe me you will get a lot of communication from that end. Seems they are more concerned with those stars than profit.

Day 6 response “According to our supplier, the problem should be the limit switch of the Y axis.
Please take down the limit switch and check whether it was damaged during transit or not.
If it was damaged, we may need to resend you a new limit switch.
Thanks for your cooperation.” so a damaged limit switch is making the Y axis go the other way? Mmm interesting

@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty This may sound a bit weird, but could the Y-axis motor be plugged in backwards to the controller? Not sure if the motor would run with reversed polarity, but maybe it is causing it to run backwards.

@Yuusuf_Sallahuddin_Y Unless im wrong, that should be the reason, dont think the limit switch could have anything to do. I dont want to touch it yet until im further into the dispute

Update Day “lost the count” they offered me 30% refund I said no that at least need 300.now they say half. The thing here is that half won’t cover the new tube and they say is final offer. Recommendations?

@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty Could maybe see if they are willing to send a new tube? That would probably work out cheaper for them & you’d get a new tube.

@Yuusuf_Sallahuddin_Y ​ allready bought the tube, so refund is the only way for me. The tube cost me more than what they are offering

@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty Ah fair enough. That makes sense then. Well if it is not a huge difference between what they offer back & what the tube replacement cost, then I would take the loss. If it is a large difference, I would try negotiate more. Maybe sending them a copy of the invoice for the new tube’s cost.
