Ok, here are the crappy photos that show the progression of me changing KISSlicer settings. The photo description explains the 2 settings I changed. The next photo shows how bad it was before I saw the KISSlicer video.

Flow tweak should be near 1. Extrusion width typically should be nozzle width or slightly wider. Those top holes look like too little infill and/or too little skin thickness. I like to use a skin thickness of 3 times layers height to ensure at least 3 top solid laters.
Good luck. I have my slicer settings tuned in Slic3r. Had a play with Kisslicer but don’t have the time to tune the settings. Maybe I should look at this video…
@Billy my ‘skin thickness’ is .99 . I don’t think I’ve messed with that in the past. My ‘layer height’ is at .2 . One of the things I noticed was the 1st 2-3 top layers hardly anything was being layed down. Not even wispy hairs. After changing ‘flow tweak’ did it start laying plastic down during the 1st couple of layers.
