Ok
Here comes the first layers.
It’s a 30x30mm square. Only managed to print two layers before the platform is flooded by uncured resin. Each layer is 108 micron thick which is pretty close to the 100 micron I’ve set for z. Resolution on x and why is also 100 micron.
The centre seems thinner than the sides. I wonder whether it’s a levelling problem on z or a backlash problem on xy.
Is the resin soluble in rubbing ng alcohol? Try that with a inkjet thermal head. The rubbing alcohol should boil at a temp lower than cure temp.
The other option is scavenging a Epson printer. Their print heads use piezo.
