OK… I did some troubleshooting and found even with the probe unplugged, the z end stop reads triggered with a m119. So it appears I have a bad board. @Brook_Drumm Seems I am having bad luck with printrboard. Should I try a reflash?

I always advise flashing the board if you’re having issues, there’s really no reason not to.

It may not help, but it surely won’t hurt.

Inductive sensors act in a normally closed state which is probably why you are getting that error. Do you have a green probe or one of the metal ones with the orange tip?

@Griffin_Paquette I have the orange one.

Have a spare inductive sensor?? Flip it the other way

@Griffin_Paquette No spare, what do you mean by flip it the other way.

Is it lighting up brightly when you bring a piece of metal up to the tip?

@Griffin_Paquette Yup.

Can you send me a pic of your connection between the sensor and it’s wire extension?

@Griffin_Paquette I can tomorrow

The endstop is different on some revs of the printrboard. What rev board do you have, and what firmware are you flashing it with?

@Stephanie_A Brook shipped RevF5 boards with those kits.

@Griffin_Paquette I will tag you in the picture I take.
