Ok I know.I have fixed this before, I just don’t remember how. Updated to the new Repetier host and firmware as well. Slicer updated add well.
Infill does not seem to be connecting to some areas.
Steps 80 on x and y, speed/acceleration/jerk 1000/2000/15 infill 45, extruder set to 25mm, layer height .25
Bridges are seeming to be a pain again.
Try adjusting extrusion width in Slic3r. You may find the calculator at http://www.tantillus.org/Basic_calc.php helpful.

I may have figured it out, I decreased the speed at which it prints perimeters <=6.35mn (small holes) fixed the problem. Now I’m just dealing with getting the right settings for my extrude rate and flow rate.
I may need to fatten my extrude width, having some issues with bridge printing to make the holes smaller for nut traps.
I really don’t like updating firmware…
