OK skate bearings don't work too good run on pine studs.

OK skate bearings don’t work too good run on pine studs. I had to try it though. Now I’m cladding those studs in steel. That should do the trick I hope!

This is the fractal example file that comes with LinuxCNC. I had a pencil mounted where the router will go.

What is that design? I’d seen it else where I’ve in an animation. I just can’t recall.

@JJ_OATz
It is a fractal like a snowflake. Well, it is supposed to be. It came out pretty poor. Still better than I could draw by hand I suppose though. But I think I can get it to work better than that, much better in fact.

@Paul_Frederick Oh, I just thought there was more to it than an image. Sorry. Looks cool to me… I could see me wading tons of time (and material) with a CNC, laser sintering, or 3D printer. The things which may be made are just amazing.

On a side note, you could do a portrait of someone and at you did it. Lol.

I’ve seen success with skate bearings mounted on angle riding on gas pipe. Nice fractal

@MoserLabs That is encouraging. Do you know of any links to pictures of those machines? I am curious if my design copies theirs.
