Okay, I have found the almost perfect CVD’s - the ANSMANN MACNUM CVD’s! Its a 2WD buggy but they seem to work just fine for the front wheels too. They’re £7.99 for two on ebay UK atm. I think this goes a long way to making the car cheaper to build.

Two issues: pins are 3mm, so the diff cups took a lot of filing to fit them in.

They’re sloped at the end, meaning they end up being about 4mm too long. I scaledthe wishbone and turnbuckles and steering pins in netfabb so they are 4mm longer, but the holes are now slightly oval.

Can anyone with the source and some CAD wizardry make 4mm longer wishbones, turnbuckles and steering pins?
