Okay, so I’ve got a bit of a conundrum. I’m trying to generate the gcode for laser filling paths on the following images:

In the file, I’ve grouped together sections (Main Body, Stitch Holes, Quote, Earth, Sketch).

Earth & Quote will generate the laser filled path. However Sketch stalls out. Sketch stalls at 49.5%.

I’m using settings 0.1 line distance, 0 line angle, 25% power, 0 margin, 1 pass, 25mm/s Cut Rate.

What I’m wondering is, is there some problem with the saving of my files that is causing this stall? Or is the path too complex? Or am I being impatient & should wait longer than 5 minutes for it to generate?

Update: Doing both Sketch & Quote at the same time, I’m now up to 50%. Taken about 4 minutes.

hi @Yuusuf_Sallahuddin_Y try putting a 0.5 in the segment field and try again :slight_smile:

Okay, update again. It seems the issue is lack of patience. It has completed Gcode for Quote & Sketch elements now (which it previously was seeming to stall on).

@Ariel_Yahni_UniKpty For Laser Fill Path there is no Segment field. Are you meaning in the Line Distance field?
