On #OS3DC i had the opportunity to try some rubber filament samples from http://www.plastink.com that @Henrik_Peiss brought with him. After a first try with a bit to high extrusion speed it went very well. It easily printed @245°C. I used a modified Wade and my Merlin nozzle.
DId anyone else try that filament? What were your results?
I accidentally forgot to change speed on my next test print, currently the rubber stuff is printing happily @60 mm/s
What build platform did you use? Did it stick well? How about warping?
The items were small so warping was not noticeable. The buildplatform was a “Dauerdruckplatte”, i only got that with me @OS3DC. It stuck so well to the heatbed (95°C) that i had a bit of trouble getting it loose. Layer adherence was very good, it took a lot of force to rip a thin wall.
