On my home installation (~700 WS2812’s), I have one LED that renders colors correctly, but will never turn off. When it’s supposed to be off, it’s blue. I can replace it easily enough, but I’m wondering what would cause this. I’ve had problems with a few LEDs at this part of the run (it’s towards the end).
I have had one of these on almost every strip I have used. I was mad about it for a while, then learned to embrace the beauty of chaos. I have been lucky with the panels thus far.
I have been lucky enough to not have this happen on other installations, at least not YET! But I think I got a bad strip on this one.
