On my Printrbot I’m getting low adhesion at low temperatures, but high temperatures give me crazy messy infills. Good results doing the first layer at 200C and dropping to 185C for the rest
What material are you printing with?
Lime Green PLA from http://printrbot.com
With lower layer sizes I have less issue. It was most dramatic with a 1mm tip and 0.5mm layer size
What’s your extrusion rate? If yore extruding really quickly with a 1mm nozzle the filament most likely won’t get completely hot when it passes through the nozzle, which could cause your issue. I print their PLA at 210 with zero problems but don’t print super fast. I’ve used a 1mm and .4mm nozzle.
