one of my prints stopped at 90% completion because of running out of filament. I didn’t want to throw away the print but instead continue where it left off. Therefore I added a new function to recover a failed print to gcodeprintr . You have to enter the gcode line number where it should start of, and make sure Z position and temperature is correct.
The function will appear in the next beta release…

This is what makes community driven software awesome. When something sucks for somebody, it gets fixed.

Visualizer would be awesome for this. It is so hard to figure out where it left off

Great feature! I had that happen to me once and tried that manually. On my setup head stays at final layer height, but zeroes x. I wonder if its possible to move the head to a pretty solid area and then move downwards slowly until user notes contact with job, then back off one layer and continue print from there?
