Hi,
I had the latest smoothieware running fine on my mini Kossel delta. It was using mechanical endstops. I rebuilt the printer with optical endstops (Google following to see my sensors: 3d-e-005-optical-switch-for-3d-printer-cnc). Without changing anything in the config and connecting all 3 endstops the same way, I get the following when I home all axes:
All home together as a delta is supposed to.
Alpha homes and stop directly when it triggers the endstop and the motor does not lock
Beta and Gamma both home to the top as do the usual bounce and lock the steppers as it is supposed to.
I tried replacing the limit switch and got the same result.
Not triggered result (red lights on end stops as usual):

Triggered result (carriages blocking the opto sensor, red light turn off):

Here is a small video of the issue (copy paste address bad after youtube dom com slash) : watch?v=myhTRFoDpGk
Can someone please help me? If not with a solution then with where to look next.
