My latest print on the 3500HD Max. Printed at XHD resolution. It actually came out close to perfect even at this small scale. If you zoom in on the image, you can see that some of the cavities are not empty. There is some residual support wax in the model. The spaces are so small at this scale that the wax does not drain completely by itself. The rest can be removed with a 15 minute soak in an ultrasonic cleaner filled with mineral oil.

@Mike_Kelly_Mike_Make , That might be a bit high… but probably not too far off! :slight_smile: I’ll have to do the calculations to get the actual cost of these.

Especially once you add in the amortized cost of your 3500HD Max
