Is that laser cut? Funny timing. I am in need of just this thing. Do you have your files available?
It certainly LOOKS to be laser cut… I’m working on a very similar rig, so I would appreciate the file(s) or link(s) as well if you don’t mind.
This was actually 3D printed. I will make the files and GCode so you can cut on the mill.
I can print too. If you share the stls.

Cool…would be much appreciated. After looking again at the pictures on a real screen, I can see enough details now to make out that it IS 3D printed. I was originally fooled into thinking I saw some features indicative of tab-slot design and assembly techniques commonly deployed with composed laser-cut objects… 
Ok here is the Rev 0 version. Solidworks 2011 & stl files. This will work with a little filing. I have a few changes to make to it then i will post the link to a new Rev.
