I don’t think that using this kind of boards for production is a good idea, especially if you are serious about your product. This kind of boards are for learning and development purposes.
If you want to deploy a product I think you should develop not just the code but the complete product itself, this meaning that a proper PCB has to be designed and an enclosure if applicable.
I’m not saying that this boards are not good enough for production use, on the contrary, they are excellent boards, but it just doesn’t seem right to use the as the final product.
