Finally got the Printrbot Simple Metal producing great quality nylon models. These are printed using Taulman 618, dyed with Rit, at 0.1 layer height at 245c . I got them stuck to the unheated bed using Kapton and Gluestick.
My question to the community is what can I use nylon for other than pretty vases? Does anybody have any models that would benefit from this type of material over PLA or ABS?
