Just printed a valve body for an apprentice at work. Sliced in Cura and printed on an i3 at 0.25mm layers. I’m so impressed that it printed in one piece and the supports came away perfectly.

Printing with a 45 angle is really smart. I tried it as well and I was impressed with the strength difference.
This was printed at 60°. I tried 45° first and the amount of support required almost doubled the print time.
