3rd Print off the Nemesis. I cant believe how smooth it has been to get this thing printing.

Is it working with your fullmetal hotend?Do you printing with PLA? I’ve notice huge block of aluminum, is it radiator?

yes this is the full metal hotend. And that is PLA I have been printing with. And yes that aluminum is a large heat sink/mount. I am still using the original hot end design that I showed earlier, but used that mount to do the interface between the bowden tube as well as dissipate some more heat. this block is probably over kill at this point though. There is no perceivable heat.

Good job! I suggest to do some prints without fan. I tried and after 10min my hotend clogged. Maybe with this build, fan is not necessary.

The fan is just for the heat sink on the mount. Nothing at the melt zone where they normally are. I have about 6 hours of extrustion so far and printing at 120 mm/sec at 245c with pla no glassing or clogs

But isn’t it thermal connected to hotend radiator?

yes but very minimally. Its threaded in about a quarter inch. That fan is mainly there to dissipate heat from the mount.
