why are the pulleys different sizes ? wont that cause belt tension inconsistency.
@william_foster1 the belt is level where it connects to the extruder head, so no it won’t.
@Justin_Nesselrotte has it right. As long as the belt connection path is level at the attachment point, you’re good. The return belt path can travel any path back as long as it’s not hitting anything.

All these new printers, with undefiled metal pieces. My hotend looks like Freddie Krueger.
@Mike_Miller my first extruder did. This one is pretty clean because it cleans itself each time
