Looks like I have finalized the design on this end with all the components fitting comfortably. The SD card sticks out only enough to pull out intentionally, so there won’t be any accidents regarding that.
One hiccup though, I’ve run out of black PLA, so it might be another week or so before I can get the whole keyboard case ready for action

I can’t see if there is a shelf or guide for the SD card, but please consider adding one if there is not one already. Because it can be a pain to get the SD card into the slot without one.

There is only a slot for it, but the card is almost exactly on the base of the case and I’ve had no problems putting it in
