EnablingTheFuture.org will keep distributing hands and being awesome. 3DP prostheses will also get much more support in the medical community through the work at Johns Hopkins and the Shriners hospitals.
Somebody is going to 3d print a multilayer circuit board. This is guaranteed to happen with conductive filament if nothing else, but I also think somebody will do it on an inkjet machine (EX1) which would be much more exciting.
@Ultimaker and/or @Printrbot will start taking ground in US education/business settings as @MakerBot1 continues to ship the “smart” extruder (ಠ_ಠ).
Lastly, slicing is going to get a lot cooler. This part might be self promotional and the video might be related.
