Holy cow. I those nuts on the y axis is spaced out uniformly. Are you bracing the two 2060 together on all those nut locations?
Yes,they are clearance holes with counter bores. I did it at work with a manual mill. I just used a t-nut on the backside. I wanted to add a series of holes down the middle slot but I was talked out of it. I also faced all of the critical cuts (y&z) so they are even and square.
