Think you could get some more (clear) pictures of the other edges as well? The X doesn’t look like it’s a squished (wrong X-steps-per-mm value) version, it just looks like the side is cut off abruptly. And I don’t see any filament piling going on, indicative of some sort of hard-stop. Maybe a model defect?
It looks like inconsistent extrusion rate to me. At least from the first picture.
