Well, I did it using 1/8 end mill and my new 4th axis:

Moreover, using 4th axis I can make any tooth I want :wink:

That tooth profile sure looks interesting - very sharp and grippy for pulling the filament in, but enough material behind the tooth to keep it from bending or eating into the filament too much.
I’d love to hear how well these work!
