GGBase v 3.1.0 After so many individual mods since the last physical print I have begun an extrusion this evening of 3.1.0 and you can pull live snapshots @: http://mega.dlinkddns.com:4445/snapshot.cgi?user=megaweb&pwd=1l1k32v13w (refresh browser to pull another snapshot). Since the unprinted 3.0.9 version I have made the following mods after reading requests on G+ and evaluating aggressive overhangs:

→ Added half circle notches to right side of body to hold ear-buds
→ Expanded right side of body to hold all of the cable from the mono ear-bud
→ Removed excessive overhang on lens clip on pedestal to better facilitate extrusion printing
→ Integrated tower into body making it a single solid piece
→ Decreased weight cavity in body to make room for inner ear-bud half circle indention

The changes above + all of 3.0.9’s mod list are about to become physical so I’m not exactly sure how it is all going to map out. There will probably be a few push/pulls that I have to make. I will know in the morning as this print is going to walk all night (8hrs) with the below print settings:

Ultimaker Silver PLA, 100mm/s, layer height .15mm, all wall thickness .8mm, fill 20%, flow 100%, retraction 40mm/s (distance 4.5mm)

See you in the morning with a new proto GGBase!
