I’m making my own air-conditioning panel, completely replace VOLVO 850 temperature controlled heating and cooling systems, the original system PCB board is consequently short-circuit due to Taiwan wet weather for many years , has come to the point “not worth repairing” , although VOLVO offcial repairing could fix it back to the normal, but it certainly takes one-twenty thousand, and does not guarantee no longer broken.

So I decided to create my own air-conditioning control system, initially to test the feasibility of control Damper Motor, if possible, I would further setting panel, connected to the compressor relay, to obtain temperature data. Completely replace the original system.

How does this relate to 3d printing?

Ah! I see … A printed panel…

If it often short-circuit, you can simply coat it with epoxy.
