@Eric_Moy Yes, actually. Since this design uses open belts, the print platform could indeed be lowered along extrusions, but in real use I’ve found that there is almost nothing 3D printed that needs more than ~350mm print height. In this case the massive size of the printer is dictated more by the 400mm round print area (currently waiting for my 400mm round borosilicate flats and 400mm Hex heated bed design to be produced) and this printer does sit on a table or counter because the rolling base stand is removable. But since it takes up so much room on a table, which is useful for other things we like to do on tables, why not allow the printer to be rolled into a corner of the room? With Wifi it’s quite easy to send prints from any computer on the network.

I’m gonna sell it, just haven’t gotten around to it. It sits next to the parts for my Arduino powered segway, that I haven’t built yet. Let’s just say I’m work rich and time poor
